Fabulous trip to Dunstanburgh Castle, Northumberland with Jasmine.
We had planned a Q&A video on Mental Wellbeing.. but things didn't go to plan! Instead we created a little video with my voice over, talking about Mental Health in young children & young adults.
Talking about this subject is something close to my heart, I suffered mental health issues at a young age, so I know how important it is to talk about things & not keep things to yourself. 💕👭
